Download our app! You will earn points by participating in classes, working out on the gym floor, or exercising on your own.
The key to securing your points is checking into classes through the app and using your “Keep It 100” package.
How to use your package:
When you book a class to track your K100 points on the schedule, whether it’s a:
group fitness workout (3 points a day MAX)
“K100 Gym Floor” workout (1 point per day)
“K100 I Moved Today” (1 point per day)
you must select the “Keep It 100 Challenge” package option before tapping BOOK.
